Here’s our process and timeline:

Day 1 - Place your order via this online store.

Day 2 - We will get in touch with you to clarify with your brief, and have it confirm.

Day 3 - We will propose the use the colour palette and specific flower ingredients based on your story and brief.

Day 4 - Your confirmation

Day 5 to 9 - We will bid and order the seasonal flowers from the Netherland auction market, it includes South America, Europe, Israel etc depends on the ingredients. We might source it from Japan, and China too depends on the species we will need.

Day 10 to 12 - We will arrange your flower, and you could either pick up at our Sheung Wan flower design studio or opt for delivery to the recipient address.
